RUDE!!! Just went to get simple rope for a tarp. Asked the worker if he worked there, said 'Yep' and that's it, didn't even look at me!! I asked if they had rope or twine, he told me he was helping someone else and to go up front to ask someone else. He was so curt and unhelpful. Barely acknowledged me and you think he could have at least told me if they had it or not and sorry, I'm helping someone but I think it's in isle 4 or whatever. As for other 2 employees I saw.. well, the young guy was busy cashing people out at the counter and the woman was busy bs'ing with an old man. Learn your manners and to multitask you middle aged jobs worth. I'm a critical care nurse, if I can handle it so can you. Went to West Marine on Apple Road and was met with a smile and was found what we needed right away.
